Expand description

Identifies a thread we know about - the executor thread, or a Subthread

Not related to std::thread::ThreadId.

See spawn_subthread for definition of a Subthread.

This being a thread-local and not scoped by which MockExecutor we’re talking about means that we can’t cope if there are multiple MockExecutors involved in the same thread. That’s OK (and documented).
